From The East:  At 13 and Ohio go West on Ohio to the stop light at Ohio & 2nd St.  Turn left and go 3 blocks.  Allen St. is the third street on the right.  ABC is two blocks down on your left.

From The North:  Turn west at the hospital on to 2nd Street.  Go approximately 1 mile through the 3 stop lights.  The 3rd light is Ohio Street.  Go 3 blocks south of Ohio, turn right.
