David and Lora have been married for 30 years and have 3 children. The Hathcock's have grown up in the Henry County area and have been attending ABC for 27 plus years. Since attending ABC they have served in dozens of different capacities. For more than 19 years Lora has been working in the youth ministry. Eight years ago, David felt a call of God on his life to full time ministry and was ordained into the Gospel Ministry in July of 2005.

David has completed certification and received his diploma through the North American Mission Board as a Certified Apologetics Instructor. 

David is employed full-time at Aviation Fabricators where is an FFA certified aviation welder. God recently made it possible for Lora to dedicate her time to her family. Another testimony of Financial Peace University.  Lora is now our Custodian at church.  

Lora and David have 3 children. Ashlee, Anthony and Kendal.

Ashlee is living in Nevada with her husband, Rob. 

Anthony is employed at Black and Veach as a draftsman.  He and his wife Mindy live in KC. and have David and Lora's first grandchild, Joel.  Anthony serves as one of our Worship Leaders

Kendal is a Senior at University of Central Missouri where he is studying Elementary Education, Math Education.  He is doing his student teaching and will graduate in December.   He serves as our Children's Church Minister.

Lora and David enjoy walking and are planning on walking some of the Appalachian Trail.  The pictures are from a couple of hikes outside Breckenridge Colorado.
